    Melinda A. Gaboury, with more than 30 years in home care, has over 22 years of executive speaking and educating experience, including extensive day-to-day interaction with home care and hospice professionals.  
    She routinely conducts Home Care and Hospice Reimbursement Workshops and speaks at state association meetings throughout the country.  Melinda has profound experience in Medicare PDGM training, 
    billing, collections, case-mix calculations, chart reviews and due diligence.  UPIC, RA, ADR & TPE appeals with all Medicare MACs have become the forefront of Melinda’s current impact on the industry. 
    Melinda is currently Chair of the NAHC/HHFMA Advisory Board and Work Group, is Treasurer on the Home Care Association of Florida Board of Directors, and a member of the Tennessee Association for 
    Home Care Board of Directors. Melinda is also the author of the Home Health OASIS Guide to OASIS-E and Home Health Billing Answers, 2024.

    quality assurance/performance improvement training.

    diverse leadership experience in the hospice industry.  He is also a dedicated member of The National Alliance for Care at Home (The Alliance), 
    member of Home Health and Hospice Financial Managers Association (HHFMA), and serves on the Texas New Mexico Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (TNMHPO) 
    and Texas Association of Home Health and Hospice (TAHC&H) Membership Committees.
Chris is passionate about enhancing patient care models and boosting employee satisfaction.  He frequently speaks at healthcare and business conferences, sharing insights and inspiring others in the field.
    About the Presenter(s): Angela Huff
    With over 35 years of experience as a registered nurse, Angela has spent nearly 25 years in executive 
leadership in home health and hospice operations as well as software development in the post-acute space.  In addition, she has global experience in the community care space that
 includes the United Kingdom, Finland, Canada, and Australia.  Angela performs operations improvement assessments and compliance-focused reviews of home health and hospice documentation, 
 including audits and appeals related to the OIG and program integrity contractors as well as compliance risk assessments related to mergers and acquisitions.
 She is actively involved in the educational and advocacy activities of NAHC and NHPCO and is a member of the HHFMA Innovation, NAHC Education and Women in 
 Leadership Committees.  Angela has been a presenter at NAHC and NHPCO, as well as other industry national and state organizations and has been published in the Nursing Administration 
 Quarterly and other industry publications.  Before entering the post-acute industry, she served in acute care management positions and was a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse 
 and a Certified Registered Nurse Infusionist.
