TAHC&H Faculty/Presenter(s): Lynn Smith, RN, MSN, Senior Manager, Compliance and Regulatory, SimiTree About the Presenter(s): Lynn Smith has over 28 years of clinical, management, and survey experience in the home health and hospice arenas. Lynn’s most recent position prior to joining SimiTree was as a full-time surveyor for home health, hospice, and palliative care for 9 years. In her role as a Senior Manager, Lynn provides consultation and direction in maintaining agency licensure, accreditation, and coverage compliance requirements. Lynn conducts mock surveys and supports state, federal, and accreditation survey preparedness and plan of correction follow-up. Lynn assists organizations with staff training regarding Medicare eligibility and regulatory requirements and acts as a resource to clients and other SimiTree teams regarding state, federal, and accreditation compliance and regulatory updates. Lynn is a CHAP Certified Consultant and an ACHC Certified Consultant. Lynn earned her B.S. in nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her M.S. degree in nursing administration from the University of Phoenix. [3758] Home Health Infection Control
