Program Description: The shift to electronic medical records, digital systems,
and cloud computing has made capturing and compiling large amounts of data much easier. However, despite having large
amounts of data, providers are generally faced with the challenge of not knowing how to leverage the data beyond basic
reporting. Moreover, in the home and community care sector in particular, visit, operational information, and
clinical data is often stored in paper format -- or if is it digital, resides in siloed databases. These system
deficiencies make it near impossible to gain a holistic view of operations and eliminates the ability to “pivot” data.
The catalyst for this change is to be obsessed about data-driven decision making. The rise of business intelligence (BI)
is unlocking actionable insights that will dramatically improve home and community care organizations.

data beyond basic reporting and data driven decision making and describe how these insights could dramatically improve home and community care organizations.

About the Presenter:
Brady Murphy is an accomplished marketer, speaker, and
entrepreneur, he has been part of two start-ups in the technology field. The first start-up brought to marketers the world
of mobile marketing, his company was one of the first mobile marketing agencies to emerge in the digital boom in the early 2000s.
The second start-up was a pioneering software company to bring mobility to workforce management. Today, Brady oversees sales
and marketing of AlayaCare, a software company that offers home and community care provides one comprehensive solution to support
healthcare in the home along with all the benefits of virtual care delivery (RPM, telehealth, video conferencing).
