Program Description: We commit to caring for our community’s most vulnerable citizens. We often don’t realize just how vulnerable they are until we come across someone who’s been taken advantage of or abused by someone they trusted. As Administrators and advocates for our clients’ general wellbeing we must educate ourselves, our staff, and our community about detecting and preventing elder fraud and abuse. This program reviews some of the most common schemes to which our seniors may be subjected and discover how to identify these situations so we can detect, stop, report, and prevent further victimization.
