Dr. Heather Hodges is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, artist, and an expert in leadership development for home care organizations. She is the CEO and Founder of Hodges Group International, LLC. She is the author of, “Heart Work: How to Lead People, Build Culture, and Unleash Creativity in Home Care” (release August 2025) and the host of the “I’m IN!” podcast. Heather lives in Dallas with her husband, and they have two grown sons. She is a below-average pickleball player, but she makes an award-winning coconut meringue pie.
