Tom is the co-author of What the Heck is EOS?, Profit Works, and Enjoy the Climb. He is a sought after speaker with extensive experience in helping business leaders get what they want from their organizations. He founded The EOS Conference which now draws over 2,000 attendees a year.

In addition to starting and running his own companies in Turkey, Tom has worked for start-ups and Fortune 50 companies. Tom has consulting experience with Deloitte & Touche and Booz Allen Hamilton. Today, with The Bouwer Group and Pinnacle, he implements tools companies need to grow and make business easier. He has a B.A. from Hope College and MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
