Advanced Concepts in Leadership: Testing Leadership
Learn about the traits and practices of successful leaders.
- TAHC&H Virtual Event | Administrator Program | Recorded for On-Demand Access
- Presentation Date | November 10, 2020
Program Description: Everyday is a new adventure in home care but this year has tested home health and hospice leaders in ways that could have never expected.
While each of us can think of a leader that has positively impacted our care, rarely do we have the opportunity to take a deep dive into what traits successful leaders share, the tools that are
leveraged by successful leaders and how successful leaders maintain themselves to ensure that they are performing at the level required to be successful.
This session is intended to teach Administrators the traits of successful leaders, how strategic planning and change management promote the success of leaders and the organizations that they lead
and how self-care is a fundamental for leaders in home care.
