Barbara Citarella

In addition to her Disaster Planning experience, Ms. Citarella has been instrumental in OASIS training nationwide since 1997. She was the first to incorporate inter-rater reliability testing in the education process for the OASIS tool. She has done research on the preliminary cost of OASIS to the home care industry and presented such findings to United States Congressional members.
