Program Description: Home health, hospice and private duty agencies have heavily relied on old-school marketing practices to ramp-up patient referrals. Today, patients and their families are actively reviewing their care options using the internet. With the exception of large home health and hospice agencies, most agencies haven’t engaged in active online marketing. In this program, Salma Mokbel and attorney Meaghan McCormick cover a number of the digital marketing steps you can take that that are free or very inexpensive. This webinar is 60 minutes and includes a Q & A session that follows.

Program Learning Outcome:

  • Participants will actively engage in the learning activity and indicate an intent to change their practice by incorporating digital marketing strategies while ensuring that their agency does not engage in marketing practices that violate Federal or State laws.
