Elizabeth H. Jepson
is an attorney with the Health Care Group at Brown & Fortunato, P.C. Ms. Jepson is licensed to practice in Texas, Kansas and Missouri and is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Allison D. Shelton Esq. is Board Certified in Health Law, and she practices with the Health Care Group at Brown & Fortunato, P.C. Ms. Shelton advises home health agencies and hospice providers on a variety of matters involving health care laws, such as the Conditions of Participation, the anti-kickback statute, the Stark Law, and HIPAA.
