Program Description: As the Covid-19 pandemic reshapes companies, healthcare leaders must think beyond mere survival and
consider opportunities uncovered by the crisis. For example, focusing on retaining and hiring gifted people is a worthy strategy in many cases. Recruiting and retention
strategies during COVID-19 are changing and leaders have to be creative in how they attract, recruit, hire and retain talent.
