Program Description: The home health care industry is at the door of regulatory and financial redesign.
This is the moment for industry and agency leadership to prepare and to shine. Focus will be key. Reframing agency self-awareness, and the
degree to which each agency is willing to be unflinching in that assessment process, will determine the successful organizations in the coming years.
This program provides metrics used in industries that have experienced change to determine what can help your organization.
Viewers will learn the difference between the tired annual agency evaluations and using new techniques to measure operational effectiveness including
defining assessment metrics that clearly show the agency’s strengths and weaknesses. When done you will understand how a clear focus drives a strong plan and
allows flexibility in meeting the coming changes.
Program Learning Outcome: Participants will actively engage in the learning activity and indicate an intent to
change their practice by implementing techniques to measure operational effectiveness to discover the agency’s strengths and weaknesses.
