Find out how and why AI is emerging as a transformative tool to improve care delivery and empower staff.
As home-based care faces increasing workforce shortages, inefficiencies, and rising demand, AI is emerging as a transformative tool to improve care delivery and empower staff. In this presentation you will learn how AI can serve as a partner rather than a replacement for the care workforce, alleviating administrative burdens and surfacing real-time insights to support clinical and operational decision-making. Erin also discusses key considerations for safe and ethical AI adoption, from data privacy to change management strategies.
This program meets continuing education requirements for Administrators and Alternates under Texas HCSSA licensing regulations.
