Program Description: Starting a private-pay business line can be a daunting task if you do not know where to begin. In this presentation, the learner will be able to identify the various models of private pay revenue and the key elements for a successful private pay line of business. The learner will hear strategies on how to start a private-pay line of business for their agency, make changes along the way as needed and implement the plan with success.
