Program Description: For the first time in history, five generations can be found working side by side in the workforce. A talent gap is forming as Baby Boomers age into retirement and Millennials climb the corporate ladder. Recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, retain, and motivate young people need to reply less heavily on traditional pay and benefits, and focus more on creating welcoming cultures. Learn how to build a winning strategy in an increasingly competitive talent marketplace.

Program Learning Outcome:

  • Learners will actively engage in the learning activity and indicate an intent to change their practice by implementing strategies to recruit, retain, and motivate a young workforce.
