Program Description: A healthcare company needs to stay focused on hiring good healthcare professionals, marketing to hospitals and doctors, getting paid for their
billing in a timely manner, and staying in compliance with state and federal requirements.
Outsourcing Human Resources allows home care agencies to grow much faster and more efficiently. Any employer that can focus on their core competencies will be more
profitable than one that has to hire and manage a larger staff that does not make the company money or keeps the company accredited. This program addresses issues facing any employer in today’s
business environment, such as governmental compliance, payroll, employee management software, insurance procurement, Workers Compensation insurance, and safety.
Program Learning Outcome: Participants will actively engage in the learning activity and indicate an intent to change their
practice by implementing best practices to remain in compliance with state and federal employment requirements.
