About the Presenter: Ricka Willett is the Director of Patient Services at Healing Hands Healthcare, LLC.
Ricka previously spent 7+ years as a hospital social worker prior to joining the home health industry. Ricka is the head of the Business Development team where she
has been highly successful in facilitating organic growth, as well as, in expanding the organizations foot print into new territories. Ricka is an active member in
both the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice, as well as the National Association of Home Care & Hospice, where she participates on multiple committees.
Ricka has a Bachelors in Social Work, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management.
