HCSSA Topic(s) Addressed: §558.259[d][4]agency responsibilities §558.260[a][3]basic principles of management in a licensed health-related setting §558.260[a][6]risk assessment and management Faculty: Jennifer Lopez, BSN, RN Program Description: Regardless of an Administrator’s credentials, they are held responsible for both the operational and clinical aspects of home care services. Ensuring the Administration and clinical team works together is critical to successful operations. In this presentation you will hear from your colleague and TAHC&H President who can share helpful tips to implementing this team approach in your agency. Presentation Date: 08.10.2017 Learning Outcomes(s): Participants will actively engage in the learning activity and indicate an intent to change or enhance their practice by implementing best practices that allow the administrator to effectively train the Director of Nursing to oversee the clinical operations of the agency.
