ANNUAL CONTINUING EDUCATION
Continuing Education is perfect for a (1) designated Administrator or Alternate who must comply with TAC §558.260, and (2) a prior administrator or alternate not currently designated but maintaining compliance with TAC §558.260, and (3) anyone who wants to improve their knowledge on a broad range of topics specific to TX HCSSAs.
Continuing Education programs are added throughout the year soon after TAHC&H conferences/events conclude. All programs are à la carte, that is, you have the flexibility to browse and order programs that suit your specific needs and are applicable to your role and responsibility.

About the Presenter(s):
Grace Werckle worked in the Homecare Industry for over 25 years prior to joining the TAHCH staff. She has had the wonderful
opportunity to serve in multiple roles at Home Health Agencies fulfilling positions varying from Administrator to DON/Clinical Supervisor to Case Management to Field RN. With this, Grace was able
to provide focus and specialty in QA, OASIS and Compliance and enjoyed learning and held both OASIS and Coding certifications in the past years. Grace received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing
degree from Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, Texas and currently works with Texas Association for Homecare and Hospice in the Home Care Education Nurse Manager role.

Belinda West's career as a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist has spanned more than 35 years.
Settings include psychiatric, acute care, burns, SNF, school-based, adult, and pediatric home health. As the Clinical Quality Director, for Thrive SPC, Belinda provides leadership,
consultation, regulatory support, staff education, and program development. She frequently speaks on ethics, clinical excellence, and personal development topics for a variety of
entities across the country.She is the Founder of Occupation Humanity, LLC (in launch phase), which provides DEI consultation and experiential programming committed to fighting
healthcare disparity.She proudly served on the TAHCH Education and Pediatric Committees in the past and was accepted to resume service on the Pediatric Committee in 2019.
Belinda is also honored to serve as the Chair of the TAHCH DEI Task Force, which was formed in 2020.
