Alicia J. Haff is a Founder and Partner with Eligibility Tracking Calculators. Having obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity University in 1992 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin in 1996 has practiced law in Texas since 1997. From 1997 until 2010, Alicia spent her time in the court room litigating employment disputes, commercial matters and personal injury claims. Since that time Alicia has concentrated on keeping her clients out of the courtroom by proactively identifying ways to correct potential liability issues. Alicia performs these services on a regular basis with client “in-service” audits, in group settings and through training workshops. Healthcare specifically, the Affordable Care Act and pending replacement legislation have become Alicia’s passion. She obtained her Texas General Lines License in 2007, has obtained her Certified Health Care Specialist designation and is certified as a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional.
