Home Health Providers have faced significant changes to care programming since the Impact Act transitioned to a Value-Based model under PDGM.
In addition, the arrival of Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) introduces a Pay-4-Performance (P4P) element to our industry. Finally, the VBP Model
